Three more bedrooms are located on the upper floor - two have a large sea view terrace and balcony, and the third one has its own back patio. The guest house has one upper level bedroom with a patio offering sea views, and two other bedrooms on the lower level - one with pool terrace access, the other with side access to the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room are open-plan style connecting to the garden and swimming pool area. The live-in staff quarters have their own discreet access to the main and guest houses, as well as the laundry room. Lia Bay Mansion is a unique property in terms of size and style, perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for spacious common areas, equivalently comfortable bedrooms and absolute privacy. For smaller groups there is the possibility to rent the main house exclusively with its five bedrooms while retaining full and exclusive use of the property's grounds.
