The spacious pool terrace covers the entire front of the property with its graceful stone decor. The private swimming pool, with its unique structure, is located in the most panoramic position of the terrace, its infinity edge directly overlooking the golden sands of Super Paradise Beach. The two large pergolas are located on each side of the pool, one with clever summer furniture for casual times, and one with the formal outdoor dining area equipped with a marvelous wooden dining table and an aptly placed wood-fire BBQ.

The master bedroom is located on the same level as the living room and spills directly onto the pool terrace via French doors. Two guest bedrooms are situated one across from the other in the entrance hall of the property. On this same level but completely independent from the main house is a further guest bedroom. All bedrooms on this level access ample terraces with sea views.
