Located on the right-hand side of a three-semi-detached property complex, Poseidon One is situated on the Southeastern area of Mykonos within short distance to the beaches of Kalafatis - well known for being the island's main water sport spot - and Agia Anna, with its marvelous bay and turquoise waters. Completed in 2010, the property is a fine example of the island's characteristic residences with its white structure and cleverly blended stone architecture.

The beautiful infinity pool plays a central role in the front terrace, directly facing the Bay of Kalafatis. The presence of a wood-fire BBQ adjacent to the outdoor dining area also guarantees guests the potential for great grills at any time of the day.

The interior decor and design of Poseidon One is based on the common concept of an island summer home featuring carefully chosen furnishing and artifacts, all displaying the light tones of pastel colors.

The property was developed on three levels. The entrance level is dedicated to the spacious living room, which spills directly onto the formal indoor dining area. Both boast sea views. The four bedrooms of the property are equally divided among the upper and lower levels, both accessed by cimentogonia staircases. Upstairs, the master bedroom and a guest bedroom share access to their panoramic terrace overlooking Kalafatis Bay while the two further bedrooms downstairs offer their own "water-related" views with their aquarium-style windows looking into the clear waters of the swimming pool - an intriguing concept to provide lighting to the lower level of the property. All bedrooms are well-appointed and display the unmistakable touch of the property's interior designer.
